Dr. Adam Szpindor
Dr. Adam SzpindorDr. Adam Szpindor, the owner of Pulaski Animal Hospital, is a native of Poland and has lived on the Southwest Side of Chicago for 40 years. 

His professional interests include internal medicine and both soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.

Dr. Szpindor and his wife, Grace, enjoy hiking, biking and spending time with their family.

They share their home with a Giant Schnauzer, Remi, and three cats, Czarus, Inkus and Zuzia.

Dr. Szpindor is grateful to be able to practice in the community in which he grew up and where he continues to live.

Congratulations Dr. Baranska! 

We are proud and excited to introduce the newest veterinarian on our team. Dr. Diana Baranska has worked at Pulaski Animal Hospital for 5 years as a technician and recently received her license to practice veterinary medicine in the United States. She also spent two summers interning here prior to joining us full time.

Dr. Baranska was born in Brzozow, Poland and graduated from the Agricultural University in Lublin in 2007 with a degree in veterinary medicine. In her spare time she enjoys reading, biking and spending time with her cat.

The Pulaski staff wishes Dr. Baranska the best as she enters a new phase of her career.

 
Dr. Angelica Bialek
Dr. Angelica BialekDr. Angelica Bialek worked as a registered nurse at Rush University Medical Center for 10 years before pursuing veterinary medicine.

Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Dr. Bialek attended Lourdes High School and received a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Illinois.

She graduated in 2004 from veterinary medical school at St. George's University on the island of Grenada.

Dr. Deb Teachout
Dr. Deb TeachoutDr. Deb Teachout joined the staff of Pulaski Animal Hospital on a permanent basis in February 2009 after working here previously as a relief vet. Dr. Teachout has wanted to be a vet since childhood. She graduated from the University Of Minnesota College Of Veterinary Medicine in 1986, followed by an internship and residency at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in chilly Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Her special interests are internal medicine and clinical pathology, particularly cytology. Dr. Teachout is also involved in wildlife rehabilitation, especially raptors, and she is active in the realm of animal protection and welfare. She lives in Lemont with her filmmaker husband, Jim; a black and white cat named Meatloaf; and a very cute Rex rabbit named Velvadore.
