Current Safety Protocols

For now, clients are being allowed in the building with their pets, but there are still safety protocols in place for the protection of both staff and clients.

1. Masks, properly worn, are still required in the clinic. If you choose not to wear one, we will be more than happy to provide your pet curbside service or a        mask for you.
2. Your pet may be taken from you for it's exam before you speak with the doctor and you will be placed in an exam room later when the doctor needs to            speak with you. 
3. We reserve the right to limit the amount of people in the waiting area and kindly request no more than 2 people per pet including children.
4. Large dogs or dog reactive pets may be asked to wait outside until the time of exam.
5. Curbside or some other accommodation will still be offered for those not wishing to wait in the building.
6. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes ahead of their appointment will be asked to wait in their car.
Please, if you are sick or had close exposure to Covid, ask that your appointment be rescheduled or wait outside. We recently had a sick client sitting in the waiting area for over 30 minutes. We know that everyone may not agree with the protocols, we just ask that you respect them. Vlasnici naših pacijenata su upoznati s čistom i ugodnom sobom za prijem kao i sobama za pregled životinja. Štoviše, ostatak naše bolnice je ono što je čini jednom od najboljih u regiji. Primjerice, naša bolnica posjeduje suvremene kirurške uređaje te rabi moderne tehnike anestezije, stalan monitoring pacijenata te vrši širok raspon ortopedskih kirurških zahvata kao i kirurgiju mekih tkiva te dodatne kirurške zahvate.

Nakon operacije, svaki pacijent je pomno praćen kako bi oporavak protekao maksimalno sigurno. Ukoliko se ukaže potrebnim pacijenta ćemo smjestiti u jadnicu za intenzivnu njegu gdje će njezin ili njegov opravak biti stalno praćen i intenzivnom njegom potpomognut.

{mosimage}Uz to, laboratorij smješten u Bolnici omogućuje nam kemijske pretrage seruma, hematološke, serološke i patazotološke pretrage. Za potrebe specijalističke dijagnostike, surađujemo sa sveučilišnim veterinarskim laboratorijima.

Naša rendgenološka jedinica nam omogućava izradu rendgenskih slika pomoću kojih možemo dijagnosticirati mnoge bolesti.

Kako bismo zadovoljili potrebe naših korisnika i pružili najbolju moguću njegu njihovim ljubimcima – a našim pacijentima - mi se pridržavamo vrlo strogih standarda koje propisuje Američko udruženje bolnica za životinje  (AAHA) te smo verificirana AAHA bolnica. Ti standardi se primjenjuju na naše prostorije, opremu, standarde upravljanja i liječenja i njege životinja. Praćenje visokih AAHA standarda se potvrđuje prilikom redovitih provjera koje vrše predstavnici AAHA.
